We had a wonderful reading last night and I just wanted to report that we had a wonderful turnout from the campus, local, and LGBT communities and had people reserving tickets from all over the state including Helena and Billings (and its a big state). We also were able to raise over a thousand dollars for the Missoula AIDS Council in the process.
The reading was an important event and an important lesson for our region. If Laramie could be any town, it could definitely be Missoula. As a gay man living in big sky, I was really humbled by the opportunity to tell this story here. Thanks to all of you who developed the piece and made us think and feel last night.
Cheers,
