Hey all, just checking in after a really long week.  I've been working back and forth with our director and have come really close to completing our pre-show video.  I thought I'd share it here first - check it out in Vimeo:

Still has a couple of sound issues I need to fix and and I've already made a couple of other changes that aren't reflected in the version above.

Would love to hear any feedback on the video - I received the hi-res image of Matthew and the video of Dennis Shepard from the Matthew Shepard Foundation, they were really nice when I talked with them. 

Today I also found out that our 8pm performance is now sold out and we're about 3/4 sold for our 5pm show.  Pretty amazing, but also shows how a front page article in the newspaper helps.  :-)

Tomorrow I can start building out the sound cues and transitions for the show.  I had hoped to have them ready to go tonight, but that just didn't happen.  We're going with fairly simple cues, so I'm not too worried, and I have all afternoon tomorrow.

Well, now I'm off to bed.  We have rehearsal tomorrow and Sunday at 9am (the theater we're in is fully booked all weekend, so we're taking the open slot).
